Paul Jones’ approach to Hospitality Management reveals his passion and originality. Before joining The Lux Collective, he served as President of One&Only, where he was instrumental in growing the brand into a global entity. His work has earnt him the Dignity of Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George, awarded to him by Queen Elizabeth II for his contribution to the Tourism industry in Mauritius. As CEO of TLC, he is involved in all aspects of the portfolio of brands, overseeing each and every project.

Ashish’s 28 year-career has given him substantial experience in pre-openings, operations and complete refurbishments. He joined the group in 2009 and managed several LUX* hotels before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer for EMEA region. A passionate hotelier, he has consistently delivered excellent customer satisfaction scores, outstanding financial results and strong social reputation for the hotels under his charge. He holds an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Northampton, U.K. He also holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and is a gold medalist in Bachelor of Arts with Economics Honours from India.

Nitesh, a results-driven hospitality executive, boasts a successful track record spanning India, UAE, Oman, USA, Vietnam, Mauritius, Maldives, China, and Singapore. Beginning his career with Taj Hotels and The Oberoi Group, he progressed to properties such as The Fairmont Dubai, The Chedi Muscat, The Setai Miami and The Nam Hai in Vietnam. At TLC, he held various roles, including General Manager for multiple units, Group Chief Innovation Officer, Sr. VP for the 3 new brands – SALT, Tamassa & SOCIO, before taking on the role of COO – APAC in 2020. He pursued GM program with ESSEC Paris, AEM Business Management from Cornell University, and an Executive MBA from the National University of Singapore.

Oliviero boasts two decades in luxury hospitality, spanning Development Management, Private Equity, Asset Management, and Strategy Advisory roles worldwide. Leading TLC’'s expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, he spearheads projects in hospitality development. Formerly with Red Sea Global, backed by Saudi Arabia's PIF, Oliviero excelled in executive roles in the UAE, Qatar, and Europe. Fluent in five languages, the Italian national earned a British-German bachelor's in European Business Administration. His expertise has shaped prestigious real estate ventures globally, making him a key player in the industry's evolution.

With over 25 years of international experience in the luxury hospitality industry, Christian is an expert in delivering innovative commercial and operational strategies to enable high-level economic growth through workflow processes, people management and total revenue optimization. Prior to joining us, Christian was the Chief Commercial Officer at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, John Keells Holdings, a multi-billion diversified company listed on the Colombo stock exchange. He has held various senior executive roles with Hyatt International, Tink Labs Limited, Jumeirah Group and IHG.

Tobi joins TLC from Accor in Paris, where he oversaw Revenue Management and Distribution, and played an integral role in developing productivity and profitability through the automation of RMS. His understanding of Business Intelligence tools enables him to maximise revenue and outperform competitors consistently as well as enter new markets.

After graduating from the prestigious Sup de Pub school in Paris, Caroline started her career in Advertising with the BBDO group, then Young & Rubicam. Her career took a turn to luxury hospitality branding and marketing in 2011. After pursuing an MBA in Luxury Hospitality Management in Paris, she joined TLC in time for the launch of the LUX* brand, contributing to its growth for the past 12 years. Headquartered in Mauritius, she oversees all things Branding and Marketing, always reminding her teams that luxury is in the details.

Fuji is VP of Web Development and Digital Transformation at TLC. He is responsible for the overall digital development of the company, identifying and developing digital innovations to improve operational efficiency, transforming work processes, improving customer and employee satisfaction and engagement, and finding new sources of value creation.

Renee has over 22 years of experience in the hospitality, lifestyle, spa and wellbeing industries as a communications strategist. She was with Banyan Tree Group for 12 years driving international publicity, and since 2016, was the Assistant Vice President for group marketing and corporate communications. At The Lux Collective, Renee is responsible for spearheading the corporate communications department with a strategic view to heighten group narratives while strengthening its internal and external communications strategies. Renee holds a BSc from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Communications from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Marie-Laure Ah-You brings more than 26 years of experience in Hospitality, having held both operational and corporate senior positions, first within the Sun Resorts Group and later with One&Only in Mauritius. Prior to joining LUX* Resorts as Chief Strategy Officer in 2013, she was the Global Quality Director for the One&Only Resorts Group, based in Dubai. Her career includes extensive international experience in regions such as North America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. She holds a Maîtrise ès Sciences Economiques – Gestion des Entreprises from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, and has also attended several executive programmes at Harvard Business School, and Cambridge and Oxford Universities. Ms Ah-You has been a member of the Board of Directors of The Lux Collective Ltd since November 2015.

Over the course of his 20 years’ experience in the Hospitality industry, Walter has worked for some of the most exclusive hotels and restaurants in the world. Following a ten-year stint in Asia working for Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, he joined TLC in Mauritius as Executive then Corporate Chef. As VP of F&B Development and Head of Technical Services, he oversees the Research & Development of all F&B projects, pre-openings, operations and refurbishments.

Kerensa has more than 18 years’ experience working for prestigious brands such as One&Only in the Maldives and Mexico, and Aman Resorts International. Before joining LUX*, she was the Regional Spa Director for the Americas, overseeing all US and Caribbean spas. At LUX*, Kerensa is responsible for all spa and wellness experiences. Her role is to ensure that our brand standards and procedures are perfectly executed. She will be actively involved in planning and developing all future spa and wellness projects.

Dev, a CIMA-certified accountant with 30+ years in hospitality, serves as Senior VP of Finance at TLC. After completing his education in the UK, he began his career as an Account Assistant in London. Upon returning to Mauritius, he played a pivotal role in significant acquisitions and company restructuring at Naiade. His expertise extends to project development and regulatory compliance. He's also active in industry associations and serves on various boards.

Nicolas’ various HR qualifications and 16 years’ experience have made him the ideal person to help The Lux Collective’s 3,275 employees succeed both professionally and personally. Since joining the Group in 2008, he has fuelled The Lux Collective’s differentiation in the market by creating innovative strategies, policies, and practices that empower employees to become leaders. He has steered his global team of HR experts in developing talent who strengthen The Lux Collective’s Vision, Purpose, and Values. Nicolas serves on several committees including the Human Resource Development Council, the Mauritius Qualifications Authority and the Hotel School of Mauritius.

Pritila has more than 20 years’ experience working in risk management and internal audit. She was a senior manager at PwC prior to joining TLC, having set up their internal audit and risk management services. She was responsible for service delivery for several clients in various industries across Mauritius and Africa. She holds a degree in Actuarial Science and is a Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute of Internal Auditors. Since joining The Lux Collective in 2011, she has been responsible for internal audit services, risk management and ethics.

Having received his LLM Degree in Business & Corporate Law plus a Diploma in English Law, Guillaume worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, De Chazal Du Mée, and Food & Allied Group, where he led the Legal & Corporate Affairs team in Mauritius for seven years. Since joining The Lux Collective in 2010, he has specialised in drafting business agreements and vetting contracts for the entire group. He also works closely with legal advisers, lawyers, registrars and public authorities to make sure The Lux Collective complies with standard legal practices.
