Due to the current conflict in the Middle East, we are aware that some of our guests may experience flight cancellations or delays impacting their arrival to or departure from any of our resorts.

 

Customer advisory

If you are booked to arrive to our resorts from 28 February 2026 until 15 April 2026 or are already staying with us, and your original booking was made prior to 28 February 2026, and your flight was originally booked on an affected airline leading to a cancellation or postponement, your options are:

 

In-house guests:

 • Contact our reservations team on reservations@res.theluxcollective.com or +230 698 2222, or

 • Contact the Front Desk in your resort.

 • If your booking was made through a travel agent, tour operator, or online booking platform, you can also contact your travel agent or tour operator.

 • We will then assist you in extending your stay accordingly at the best possible conditions.

 

Guests due to arrive between 27 March 2026 and latest 15 April 2026 where their original flight was from, to, or via countries directly impacted by the conflict in the Middle East and the original flight being cancelled:

To qualify for the application of this section of the policy, the airline has cancelled their originally booked flight(s) and no alternative flight was confirmed for by the airline allowing an arrival at our properties the same date (e.g. a flight arriving in the morning was cancelled but the airline rebooked the guest onto a flight arriving in the afternoon the same day). Airline confirmation email will be required to verify eligibility.

 • If your arrival is delayed to another day in line with a rescheduled flight, we will extend your stay dates accordingly as per original duration of stay, so your pre-booked nights will not be lost, but will not refund unused nights, should you wish to shorten your stay.

 • Should you wish to rebook your stay, we will not apply any penalties for stays until April 2027, with a latest checkout date of 1 May 2027. Your new booking will be non-refundable. Based on availability, we will endeavour to honour the original conditions where possible. However, additional charges will apply in case of high peak travel periods or longer stays. New booking dates can be modified only once prior to 31 May 2026, after which date or modification the booking is considered non-changeable unless other conditions supersede in the meantime. • Should you wish to cancel your stay with us entirely, we will apply our normal cancellation policy as communicated at time of booking by our team or your travel agents.

 • For bookings made through a travel agent, tour operator or online booking platform, please contact them.

 

For new bookings made as of from 25 March 2026 with arrivals in April or May 2026, the previous section’s terms apply, but postponed stays become immediately non-refundable and non-changeable.

 

When reaching out, please provide your booking details, your original flight tickets and any relevant change or cancellation notices received from the airline.

 

We urge all guests to check flight status before proceeding to the airport.
