Due to current multiple Middle East airspace closures, we are aware that some of our guests may experience flight cancellations or delays impacting their arrival to or departure from any of our resorts.

Customer advisory

If you are booked to arrive to or depart from our resorts travel to or from our resorts from 28 February 2026 until airspaces reopen and flight operations return to normal, and your flight was originally booked on an affected airline leading to a cancellation or postponement, your options are:

In-house guests:

 • Contact our reservations team on reservations@res.theluxcollective.com or +230 698 2222, or

 • Contact the Front Desk in your resort.

 • If your booking was made through a travel agent, tour operator, or online booking platform, you can also contact your travel agent or tour operator.

 • We will then assist you in extending your stay accordingly at the best possible conditions.

Guests due to arrive and affected by flight cancellations or postponements due to airspace closure:

 • If your arrival is delayed to another day in line with a rescheduled flight, we will extend your stay dates accordingly as per original duration of stay, so your pre-booked nights will not be lost, but will not refund unused nights, should you wish to shorten your stay.

 • Should you wish to cancel your stay with us entirely, we will apply our normal cancellation policy as communicated at time of booking by our team or your travel agents.

 • Should you wish to rebook your stay, we will not apply any penalties for stays still completed in March with a latest checkout date of 1 April 2026. In that case, based on availability, we will endeavour to honour the original conditions. New booking dates are considered non-refundable non-changeable unless other conditions supersede in the meantime.

 • If your booking was made directly with us, please contact us on reservations@res.theluxcollective.com or +230 698 2222.

 • For bookings made through a travel agent, tour operator or online booking platform, please contact them.

We urge all guests to check flight status before proceeding to the airport.
